Simple Spiced Paneer With Greens/ VPK
A simple paneer recipe that can be made quickly and easily. Provides a nutritious dinner for vata and pitta types. Kaphas can also enjoy this recipe, and would benefit from adding additional black pepper and a pinch of cayenne.
1 cup paneer
1 Tsp cumin seeds
½ Tsp ground coriander
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
1 Tsp ghee
Melt ghee in a sauce pan and add cumin seeds, sauté 30 seconds. Add coriander and black pepper. Break paneer apart with hands, or cut into chunks and mix with ghee and spices. Coat evenly, and brown each side. Serve with sautéd or steamed greens of choice.
