I’m eating the chia seed pudding recipe I wrote in my book.
My review: I didn’t have agave on hand so I used a date that I liquified in my nut milk with a vita mix. I also did not let it sit for several hours, though I will try it again in a bit.
I like it. I think it would be especially good during cleanse time if your looking for some sweet taste. It’s fun to eat and has a nice texture. It was also easy to make.
Chia seeds are little power houses of good for you nutrients and fats and assist digestion 🙂
2 cups nut milk
1/2 cup chia seed
1/4 cup agave
1/2 Vanilla bean (cut open seeds scooped out)
Mix it up in a bowl and let it stand between 15 min to several hours.
